It appears all of the Carson Wentz locker room issue stuff is gone.
According to PhillyVoice.com's Joe Santoliquito --- who in January of 2019 wrote that "sources inside the Eagles locker room" thought quarterback Carson Wentz was "selfish" and not the best teammate --- now says, "Some of the players that sniped behind Wentz’s back are now defending him."
Wentz, 27, is entering his 5th NFL season, all with the Eagles after being selected as the team's No. 2 overall pick in 2016.
With veteran leaders like Malcolm Jenkins (now with the Saints) and Chris Long (now retired) no longer with the Eagles, Wentz has complete control as the vocal leader of the football team.
Santoliquito details how Wentz has become a social activist off of the field and how he has begun taking command of the team, on the field.
