DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys and Philidelphia Eagles have one of the biggest rivalries in sports, but that didn't stop one fan from sending his well-wishes to Dak Prescott after he suffered a devastating season-ending ankle injury on Sunday.

Giovanni Hamilton, a 12-year-old Eagles fan, who is battling a rare condition called Schwartz-Jampel syndrome, sent a touching message to the Cowboys franchise quarterback on social media.

"Hey, guys. I just heard that Dak Prescott got hurt, and it sucks. I'm the biggest Eagles fan there is and, you know, you never want to see that happen," Hamilton said in a video posted to his Twitter account. "Dak, I hope you see this brother. I hope you're doing okay. I've been through a lot of pain, I can't even imagine, that looked like it really hurt. I heard you're going into surgery and I wish you luck. I hope you get that comeback story you deserve."

Hamilton developed a special relationship with Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz and has become one of the most popular fans of the team.
