The Eagles have played three wide receivers on the Reserve/COVID-19 List after a J.J. Arcega-Whiteside tested positive, according to Geoff Mosher. The other two wide receivers, John Hightower and Deontay Burnett, are said to have been in close contact with Arcega-Whiteside.

Here is the Eagles official statement:

The NFL released this week a new standard for intensive COVID-19 protocols including virtual team meetings and wearing of masks by all players and staff at all times while at the facility, including during practice. While this protocol does not start until Saturday, the Eagles are already abiding by it.

The news comes two weeks after Eagles safety Marcus Epps tested positive for COVID-19. He has been on the COVID list since November 5th. Matt Pryor missed a game on the list although he did not contract the virus. Lane Johnson, Nate Gerry, and Jordan Mailata were on the list before training camp began.
