The NHL officially announced on Monday that the Flyers will face the Bruins in one of the league's two NHL Outdoors at Lake Tahoe games in February.
Philadelphia was take on Boston on Sunday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. The Avalanche and Golden Knights will play the day before, also at 3 p.m. ET.
The rink for the games will be located on the lakefront 18th fairway of the golf course at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort in Stateline, Nevada, the annual site of the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament.
The Flyers have played in four outdoor games over the last decade -- the 2010 Winter Classic at Fenway Park, the 2012 Winter Classic at Citizens Bank Park, the 2017 Stadium Series at Heinz Field, and the 2019 Stadium Series at Lincoln Financial Field.
