It was one of those videos that seems to be hitting the timeline with an alarming frequency, that stops you in your tracks, making you ask, “wait, what?”

Guy Phillips, a city council member in Scottsdale, home of the Giants spring training setup, mocking George Floyd in the most callous fashion.

Scottsdale Council member Guy Phillips just addressed the crowd by saying, “I can’t breathe,” the last words of George Floyd before he died at the hands of Minneapolis police, before taking off his mask at this protest. @azcentral pic.twitter.com/jrxSUbHXi9
