Then, on Thursday morning, Woj reported that fellow Jazz player Donovan Mitchell also has coronavirus.

Jazz star Donovan Mitchell has tested positive for the coronavirus, league sources tell ESPN. Jazz players privately say that Rudy Gobert had been careless in the locker room touching other players and their belongings. Now a Jazz teammate has tested positive.

Shams has more:

Sources: Donovan Mitchell was the only Jazz player/personnel to test positive for coronavirus out of 58 tests administered on Wednesday night. Remaining tests came back negative.

The Jazz were in Oklahoma City on Wednesday night and just minutes before tip-off a dramatic scene unfolded.

Something is going on here. Thunder head medical staffer Donnie Strack just grabbed the three officials and told them something. All players were just told to go back to their bench. We’re seconds from tipoff.

Both teams are heading to their locker rooms. I think the game might’ve just been called.

A few minutes later they announced the game was postponed.

The Thunder and Jazz are being temporarily quarantined in their locker rooms in Chesapeake Energy Arena. A couple of days ago, this happened...
