Kittle hints at return, says he’s ‘really looking forward to’ Sunday Night Football

Is George Kittle going to play on Sunday when the Packers arrive for the primetime matchup?

It sure as hell sounded like it the way he was talking to reporters after practice on Thursday afternoon.

Kittle: “I think I have yet to play in a Sunday Night game in my career. So, I’m really looking looking forward to that.” --

Kittle, who’s been out the past two weeks with ankle/knee problems, was back on the practice field on Thursday, donning a blue no-contact jerseys. Emmanuel Sanders (ribs), like Kittle, was officially listed as a limited participant. On Wednesday afternoon, head coch Kyle Shanahan said he expected the Kittle call to "come down to the wire."
As of Friday, Kittle was among the 49ers were are officially questionable for SNF.
