(KFTK) - Perpetual victim Kim Gardner implies race was a factor during a routine traffic stop on Dec. 23. Gardner was pulled over by a SLMPD officer for driving down Market Street without headlights. Gardner told CBS News that she was "stopped for no lights but held for more than 15 minutes."
Thankfully, KMOV’s Chris Nagus followed up with the St. Louis police and found a surveillance video that shows the stop was actually six minutes.
