Rep. Ann Wagner and Marc Cox discuss the latest round of stimulus votes, as well as, the inability of the St. Louis County Council to take a vote to receive relief funds.
“St. Louis County has 174M coming their way but the county council couldn’t even get a vote out this week in order to receive that so they’re delayed further. So that’s unconscionable,” says Wagner.
She continues, “Kansas City did it with no problem; I don’t know why the St. Louis County Council can’t.”
On St. Louis County Executive Sam Page, Wagner notes, “there’s got to be proper oversite.”
