Some members of the STL County Council want to take back control of federal coronavirus relief funds from County Executive Sam Page. The council voted 4-3 along party lines in April to give Page the authority to spend the full 173 million dollars without council oversight. Now one of the Democrats, Rita Heard Days, says she regrets her vote and will join the Republicans if they want to try to retake control of the funds.
