OPINION: Inauguration and the peaceful transfer of power, what to remember

By and 97.1 FM Talk

25,000 National Guard troops have been deployed to D.C. for the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden. Is the threat that great? No.

This is an embarrassing attempt to put a political exclamation point on the four-year persecution of President Donald Trump.

Think back to four years ago. Even as President Trump was sworn into office, 70 members of the U.S. House announced they would skip his inauguration.
These same folks are still protesting the 2016 election results.

Now, anyone who has questions regarding the 2020 election is being silenced. The pandemic provided an avenue for voter fraud. There are legitimate questions. We must keep asking them.
