While there is plenty of fast food in Texas, there are still a number of chains around the country that are yet to make it to the Lone Star State. However, it seems they all manage to eventually open up a Texas location once they expand. Now, another west coast favorite has made its way to Texas, as Fatburger is now available in DFW via a ghost kitchen.
Fat Brands, the company behind Fatburger, has opened up a ghost kitchen, which is a restaurant that serves takeout and delivery only, in DFW. The ghost kitchen will serve food from all three of Fat Brands restaurants; Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, and Hurricane Grill & Wings. Known as “the “last great hamburger stand,” Fatburger will bring its famous made-to-order burgers with add-ons like bacon, onion rings, and fried eggs, to the metroplex.
The new ghost kitchen will be the first of its kind in Dallas for Fat Brands, and they will expand to Houston and Austin as well in the next few weeks. Fatburger and the other Fat Brands restaurants can be ordered through Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash, Grubhub and Fatburger.com. It’s about time Texans will be able to see what all the fuss is about.
