Chrissy Teigen is still healing after losing her newborn son, Jack.
Ever brutally honest on social media, Teigen took to Instagram on Wednesday with a photo of herself and a revealing caption about her own healing process and what her body's been going through.
Teigen even revealed that she would never be pregnant again.
"This is me and my body, just yesterday’s . Even though I'm no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been," she wrote. "And I have no idea why I still have this bump, honestly. It's just frustrating."
She went on to say that she's "proud" of what her mind and body have been through since becoming pregnant and losing the baby. "I love being pregnant, so so much, and I'm sad I never will be again," she wrote.
And although Teigen is mourning the loss of her ability to have children, she's remaining grateful for the two children she currently has. "But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day," she concludes her Instagram caption.
While Teigen's grief journey has been a struggle, she doesn't shy away from letting her fans know about her progress. She told People last month, "You learn how to cope with it. I am very proud to say that there's multiple different therapies I'm using to hopefully become the same person that I was, and I'm okay with that."
She continued, "I'm okay with allowing myself to have bad days and good days."
Prior to these remarks, Teigen had been open with fans on Twitter about her mental health struggles amid the loss of her son, noting that she hadn't been active on social media "because I'm honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I'll be fixed soon."
