“Arenas are so fun,” stresses Billie Eilish, who tells RADIO.COM all the reasons she’s ready for her just announced Where Do We Go? World Tour.
On the cusp of taking the stage at Saturday Night Live and after months of history-making success, Eilish has set plans for 2020, playing arenas around the world from March into July. “It’s so satisfying to get an entire arena to pay attention to you,” she says. “I work really hard on bringing everyone to be there with me, so whenever I get an audience to a point where I’m like, ‘I think I did it, I think I nailed you all having a good time,’ I get really happy. So I’m excited.”
The Where Do We Go? World Tour follows her super-sold out When We All Fall Asleep Tour, which thrilled fans earlier this year, backed by her number one album of the same name. With it, Eilish became the first artist born in the 2000s to land in the top position, and toppled chart-records both new and old.

It has all put Billie Eilish in a better place, announcing the tour at one of the happiest points in her life. “I will be happier,” she laughs, when asked about what will be different for the new trek, even though she admits she was happy on the last tour as well. “Honestly I’m just only looking forward to the next tour,” she adds. “I’m only excited, which is really new for me to feel only happy about something. I don’t know, I’m going through a lot of new emotions lately.”
“I think there are so many things that have to do with it,” she says of the newfound joy. “Some are little things, some are big things, just tiny little elements that are piling on to make it all better. I don’t know what it is, I just feel like everything’s been coming together in a way that’s like, becoming perfect.” Her eyes widen with surprise. “Knock on wood but, it’s kind of perfect.”
The Where Do We Go? World Tour starts March 9th. You can find the full list of dates here.
