If you thought the Battle of Winterfell was crazy in last week’s episode of “Game of Thrones,” Daenerys Targaryen actress, Emilia Clarke, warns us to strap in for what’s to come.
During an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Kimmel reveals how sorry he is to see the season end, but how amped he is to see the next three episodes. They’re “gonna be mental,” Clarke responds, “episode 5 is bigger.”
Wait, did she just say that episode 5 would reveal something crazier than the Night King’s dramatic takedown!? Kimmel clarifies, “4 is this Sunday, and 5 is where something crazy happens?” The Khaleesi actress responds, “Find the biggest TV you can.”
Last week's Battle of Winterfell broke records as the longest battle sequence filmed in history, clocking in at a 55-night shooting period – an ordeal that happened entirely in the dark with hundreds of cast and crew members on board. It continued to break records once it aired, accumulating about 17.8 million viewers the night it was broadcasted.
She reassures fans that all three of the remaining episodes will be “insane,” but based on her reactions and restless temperament when talking about what's to come, we can certainly expect something absolutely nuts to happen two episodes from now.
