How to Watch the Cowboys Game Online

It always gets chippy in a Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles NFC East rivalry game. There’s a lot of pressure in Dallas after their awful showing Monday night in a 28-14 loss to the Tennessee Titans dropped them to 3-5. The Eagles are coming off a bye following their win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. A Cowboys win and a Washington Redskins loss would put the Cowboys just one game out of the division lead. An Eagles win and a Redskins loss would put the Eagles in a tie for first place in what has been an odd NFC East.

Jason Garrett’s seat continues to get hotter as the Cowboys continue to underachieve. Amari Cooper scored a TD early in his debut in Dallas, but then the offense fizzled -- as it has all season. People continue to question whether Dak Prescott is the guy or not, and it’s a fair question, considering he has struggled to get to 200 passing yards in a game. In his defense, when Cole Beasley is your leading receiver, you are going to struggle. Ezekiel Elliott is having a solid season, but one man can’t lead an entire offense. The Cowboys defense has done a strong job keeping them in games. They need DeMarcus Lawrence to get to the QB and force turnovers if they want to win this one.

The defending champion Eagles take on the Cowboys with a new weapon at their disposal: Golden Tate. The timing could not have worked out much better. The newly acquired WR got the bye week to learn the playbook, and now the Eagles can insert him into the fold at home against their division rival. Tate, Alshon Jeffery, and Zach Ertz give QB Carson Wentz the chance to have a big-time second half. The run game is the big question mark, but they hope to get more production from rookie Josh Adams, who rushed for a career-high 61 yards in Week 8. This is a big game for the Eagles if they want to make a statement to open the second half.
