Michael Phelps’ family is expanding.
On Sunday, the retired Olympic swimmer revealed he and wife Nicole Johnson are expecting their third child.
“No. 3 on the way! Can’t wait to see the journey that this takes us on!!!” the 33-year-old captioned a photo of his sons Boomer, 2, and 13-month-old Beckett sitting in a car adorned with balloons that spelled the word “baby.”
The proud papa added the hashtags, “#luckyman #boyorgirl? #P3.”
Johnson also announced the pregnancy news by sharing the same photo and writing: “Oops we did it again. I get to be a mama x3!! #furbabymama x2 #p3 #herewegoagain.”
Back in 2018, Phelps opened up about the joys of fatherhood.
“For me, it’s taught me more patience. We are very blessed to have two amazing kids so far,” he said.
Phelps, who is the most decorated Olympian of all time with 28 medals (13 gold), married Johnson in 2016.
Congratulations to Team Phelps!
