The Redskins have bolstered their depth at the cornerback position and will have some competition in the secondary.

Darby, who is originally from the DC-area, was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

After spending two seasons in Western New York, Darby joined the Philadelphia Eagles, where he has been for the past three years.

Darby has been a ball-hawk (6 INT in 28 Games for PHI) but has struggled to stay healthy as of late, missing 20 games with injuries during his time in Philadelphia.

Darby will assumedly compete with Fabian Moreau at cornerback for the starting spot opposite Kendall Fuller.
