Rob Gronkowski at New England Patriots Facility in Possible Retirement Clue

BOSTON (WEEI.com) -- New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has been a regular at the team's facility at Gillette Stadium since Super Bowl LIII, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.

The 29-year-old Gronkowski is believed to be mulling retirement this offseason. Being at Gillette Stadium doesn't really say much about his intentions on playing in 2019 or not, but it indicates he seems to be on good terms with the organization, which may have not been the case a year ago.

The ESPN report noted Gronkowski could be visiting the Patriots facility to receive treatment on his thigh, which was bruised in the Super Bowl victory. He also made a visit to Boston Children's Hospital this past week with his family to spend time with patients and donate $80,000.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see Gronkowski make a decision on his future sooner rather than later so the Patriots can address the tight end position in the offseason if necessary
