College football appears to be in a trickier position than the NFL when it comes to preparing for their upcoming season. The NFL is conducting its offseason as if everything is normal, minus a few hiccups.
On the other hand, the NCAA and college football have to deal with impending decisions from schools and others about whether or not they will have somewhat of a "normal" season this year.
Tom Fornelli, writer for CBS Sports, joined Bill on Friday to discuss what he expects from the upcoming college football season and how much it will be impacted by the pandemic:
