As the world remembers mankind's very first steps on the moon -- here are five crazy things astronauts have done in space to celebrate the anniversary of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s historic landing on July 20th, 1969!
#5: They can get dressed a lot cooler than the average earthling.
Instead of putting their pants on one leg at a time, NASA astronaut Randy Bresnik demonstrates how gravity gives them a leg up.
#4: They’re just as fascinated with trends… including the fidget spinner!
When the popular toy got to experience zero gravity -- the outer rings actually spin together -- because there’s less friction!
#3: Trick or Treat?
The galaxy travelers still celebrate earthy holidays like Thanksgiving and Halloween and their costumes are out of this world!
#2: Space food may not be the best around, which is why a pizza delivery is always welcome!
Expedition Crew 53 were clearly delighted to get a pizza kit in their care package! This takes the phrase ‘flying saucer’ to new heights!
#1: What's life without a little fun and games?
Astronauts aboard the International Space Station played the first-ever sports game in space! The badminton match might have gotten a little intense, but how can you be mad when you’re on top of the world?
Space may be the final frontier, but it looks like there’s still plenty of fun to be had while exploring our infinite universe!
