It’s hot outside, and that’s not going to change anytime soon. The good news is there are some surprising foods you can eat that can help you beat the heat.
Avocados have fatty acids that can remove heat and toxins from the blood.
Because yogurt is made with so much water, it will lower your body temps even more than ice cream.
Poppy seeds are great on a bagel, but they can actually quench your thirst to keep you cool.
Fennel seeds will also help with bringing down your body temp.
Eating spicy foods may make you sweat, but even if you have to dab your brow, the perspiration cools your skin. go for chili peppers, black pepper or horseradish to help you chill out.
Don’t forget to drink as much water as you can to take on the summer heat, but these foods will help cool down the season too.
