The holidays are a busy time for everyone, but they are also an important time to give back. This year, take the opportunity to give something, even if it’s just a little bit of your time, to one of these events that all benefit good causes in Hampton Roads.
Donate some time to make Thanksgiving special for those in need this year at the Salvation Army. You can spread a little love and help serve a Thanksgiving meal at the Salvation Army’s Norfolk, Portsmouth, and 19th Street locations. You can also help on the Salvation Army’s mobile teams bringing meals to those who can’t travel to the shelters.
