Elvis may have left the building, but a major piece of his memorabilia is ready for takeoff -- sort of.
One of the King of Rock N Roll's private planes is up for auction by the Ritchie Bros. If you have six figures it can be yours, but the 1962 Lockheed Jetstar is going to need a whole lot of burning love and even more cash to get it off the ground. There’s reportedly no engine, the entertainment system is slightly out-of-date, and the cockpit and red velvet seats also need some work to say the least -- as you can see in these photos.
The good news is, it's the only Elvis plane not housed at Graceland!
The current owner bought the plane for around $400,000 last year. But before that, it was grounded for decades on a runway in Roswell, New Mexico.
So, if you want to put some skymiles on this "Elvis jet" -- it’s now or never!
