Kane Brown and John Legend Release Their Highly Anticipated Duet

The duo teased "Last Time I Say Sorry" earlier this year

A few months ago Kane Brown teased a collaboration with The Voice coach John Legend on Instagram and the internet went into a frenzy with the video racking up over 1 million views.

The “Heaven” singer posted a video of himself in January where you could see him listening to a new recording of himself with The Voice coach. The snippet that fans heard blended their voices seamlessly on the touching tune. “I got to write with him and we both love the song,” Kane commented.

"Last Time I Say Sorry" is a piano-driven ballad that is closer to Legend's style of music than Brown's usual country vibe, but it manages to showcase both of their strong vocals.

This isn't the first time that Brown has shown range outside of the country genre -- in April of 2019 he teamed up with Latin pop star Becky G for a Spanish-language version of "Lost in the Middle of Nowhere," and earlier that year he collaborated with R&B crooner Khalid for "Saturday Nights."
