Nobody has a clue yet as to whether Aaron Rodgers is going to play or not. If he does, this is a must-watch football game. If not, the Vikings defense will likely make it a rough home opener at Lambeau Field. Rodgers vs. Kirk Cousins in an early NFC North showdown sure has a lot more appeal than DeShone Kizer vs. Cousins.

The Vikings took down the 49ers in their season opener against the 49ers, 24-16. The defense played well, forcing Jimmy Garoppolo to his first NFL loss as a starting QB. Cousins had a solid Vikings debut, throwing for 244 yards and two TDs with no picks, and even rushed four times for 26 yards. The big-money QB is going to need a little more help from his running backs Dalvin Cook and Latavius Murray, who combined for 82 yards on 27 carries, if they want to win on the road Sunday.
Nobody missed the sensational comeback made by Rodgers on Sunday Night Football in Week 1. After trailing 20-0 and Rodgers in the locker room banged up, people were stunned when he came out to play in the second half. The rest is history. Rodgers led the Packers to 24 points in a magical 24-23 win as he hobbled around, still making incredible throws on one foot. If he’s not close to 100 percent, it may be difficult to play him, considering it’s only Week 2 and they can not lose him for an extended period. The Packers just can not win anything without him.
