This police officer is getting to know his community, one lesson at a time.

Craig Hanaumi is a cop in Bellevue, Washington who loves to get to know his community through all of the different activities in which they participate on a daily basis… like skateboarding, jiu-jitsu, running, and even music!

Now in his tenth year with the Bellevue force, the 42-year-old community station officer originally from Hawaii told Radio.com that he loves being able to connect with different people from different backgrounds and showing people that he’s a part of the community too.
