With their first album in roughly three years, Pop Evil appears to be offering their take on the state of the nation.

The Michigan rockers recently released the latest single off their self-titled album, called "A Crime to Remember." The slower-than-normal, more soulful than you'd expect track appears to dive right into a pretty deep divide in our country. Especially with lyrics: "Are we divided / Are we united?" The official music video also represents the powerful theme of the song by showing how some people view the world. Take a look:

Pop Evil frontman Leigh Kakaty recently told blabbermouth.net that the band's wish is for the song to drive people to come together.

Meanwhile, Pop Evil are currently on the road supporting their album and two legendary rocks bands in Poison and Cheap Trick on the "Nothin' But A Good Time 2018" tour.
