Before 9-year-old Jalen Manns underwent brain surgery, members of his local Police Department got down on their knees to pray for his recovery.
The Warner Robins, GA cops showed up to Jalen’s home early that morning before he left for the hospital, arriving with gifts and even introduced him to their K9 service dogs, because German shepherds are Jalen’s favorite animals. His family even calls his collection of the stuffed dogs, "Jalen's guard dogs."
After their prayer, the officers escorted Jalen and his mom to the hospital and stayed with him before the operation.
Jalen made it through the procedure and is recovering in the hospital.
His family is incredibly thankful to have his new police pals watching over this brave boy.
