Friday is Jackie Robinson Day throughout Major League Baseball, with every player wearing Robinson's retired No. 42. The day is normally reserved for April 15 -- the anniversary of Robinson making his major league debut -- but was pushed back due to the pandemic. It was first initiated by MLB in 2004.
