FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots have been good at finding some trash-talk from opponents that wasn't exactly there this year, but they don't really have to do that this week against the Ravens.
The Ravens seem pretty confident going into the matchup.
"We'll see how good they are once we play them," tight end Nick Boyle told reporters Wednesday. "I don't think they've seen anyone like our offense or like Lamar [Jackson]. They're a good team and we'll need to bring our 'A' game."
While the Patriots are 8-0 and off to a historic start on defense, Lamar Jackson is also having a solid start to the year. The second-year quarterback is the only quarterback in NFL history to pass for 1,600 yards and rush for 500 yards through the first seven games of a season.
"We're definitely the type of team that's prepared to play this team and definitely one that's going to give them a run for their money," defensive tackle Brandon Williams said.
Typically, this usually doesn't work for Patriots opponents, but we'll find for sure out come Sunday night.
