"It's a bird, it’s a plane..." It’s a couple of hometown heroes!

Kids at the Blank Children’s Hospital in Iowa were treated to an unforgettable surprise when their favorite superheroes swooped in to say hello. Employees of a local window cleaning service dressed up as the iconic characters Spiderman and Captain America to help cheer up the kids staying at the hospital.

The annual surprise has become a favorite for both parents and kids, and something the employees can look forward to as well. They make sure to give the windows a good clean while they’re hanging out, and they also high-five the kids through the glass and even play tic-tac-toe!

In a post on Facebook hospital staff thanked the "superheroes" at Larry's Window Services "for being an amazing partner to Blank Children’s and always bringing smiles to our patients, families and staff."

While these guys are pretty super, it turns out they didn’t need any powers to be everybody’s hero.
