One temporary retail closure that's broken a lot of our hearts is that of TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Marshalls (all owned by TJ Maxx Companies). But now we have a better idea of when those stores will likely reopen.
According to KRON (via Fox 40), TJ Maxx Companies plans to reopen most of its stores by the end of June. Over 1,600 stores worldwide have already reopened with a mandatory face mask policy, health screenings, and temperature checks.
It's unclear exactly when Sacramento area stores plan to reopen, but potentially having to wait another month doesn't sound so terrible. Each of the brands' websites has a location search tool that provides openings and closures, so checking those from time to time will be the best indicator of what stores are actually open.
Having just moved here, and being a huge fan of home decor, it's been hard not getting to roam the aisles of HomeGoods for the last couple months! I'm excited that all TJ Maxx Companies stores could be reopening very soon.
