Sacramento Zoo is reopening on Friday, January 15, but you'll need to know a few things before you make your visit.

According to Sac Zoo's website, advance tickets are required and can be purchased now online. They released the following rules and guidelines for visiting, too.
MASKS/FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. I'm not the only one that wrote that in all caps, because their website has it in all caps too, making it very clear that this is the rule. The only exceptions are children under age 2 and those who are medically unable to wear one.
Tickets must be purchased and reserved ahead of time online.
Tickets must be redeemed at the specified entrance time that you purchased online.
Zoo members also must reserve tickets/times. They are not excluded from the rule.
Cash is not accepted - only credit/debit card.
DO NOT visit Sacramento Zoo if you feel ill.
Practice social distance of six feet between your group and others during your visit.

Sacramento Zoo provides more information and contact info if you have any issues with your tickets here.
