Colorado Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources

As concerns over the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) rise, reliable information is important.  Be in the know about where the virus has been diagnosed and what health management resources suggest are important measures to maintain your safety and the safety of your family. Below are links to national, state and local resources and recommendations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As of March 15, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, recommends that event organizers (groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more, for the next 8 weeks.

The World Health Organization recommends the following to prevent the spread of coronavirus, including
  • Regular hand washing
  • Covering your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing
  • Thoroughly cooking meat and eggs
  • Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing
