As we get closer to our Wednesday, September 23, I’m Listening broadcast we are sharing some of our favorite insights from artists and athletes who will join us for this year’s I’m Listening event.
One of Country’s leading men, Luke Combs, dives right into the core of the mental health conversation when he shares, “being aware or cognizant of the way your mind works in certain situations has been the most important thing for me.”
Combs emphasizes that the greatest tool he can use to ensure he’s in a healthy place mentally is the idea of awareness. The “Six Feet Apart” singer is all about knowledge and tells us he focuses on being mindful of the mental health factors that he is prone to. “I think information is key,” the North Carolina native remarks.
To hear more from Luke and others, join us on Wednesday, September 23 for I’m Listening - as artists, athletes, and individuals nationwide join forces for a special two-hour event filled with support, compassion, and community - right here and on the RADIO.COM app.
