(SportsRadio 94 WIP) -- One of the top teams being speculated as a Jalen Ramsey landing spot is the Philadelphia Eagles.
According to NFL reporter Dianna Russini, one NFC team and one AFC team have made offers for Ramsey.
The report comes on the heels of ESPN reporting that the Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback has requested a trade following a blowup with head coach Doug Marrone on Sunday in the team’s loss to the Houston Texans.
The NFC team, according to Russini, offered a first round pick in 2020 and a fifth round pick in 2021.
Ramsey, 24, has been one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL since joining the Jaguars, and despite the team’s struggles, he has helped make the Jacksonville defense one of the best in the league
Ramsey, a two-time Pro Bowler and 2017 first-team All Pro CB, has nine interceptions and 45 passes defended in 50 career games. He also has one more interception and one more pass defended in three career postseason starts.
Contractually, Ramsey is making $3,634,227 this season and is set to make $13,703,000 in 2020 before becoming an unrestricted free-agent in 2021.
