A nursing home in Burlingame was put on lockdown Wednesday after three residents tested positive for coronavirus.

The Atria Burlingame said six people were hospitalized due to the outbreak reaching the facilities.

Large signs were posted outside of the nursing home Thursday that said the property is temporarily closed.

The Peninsula Health Care District said seniors who feel isolated amid the restrictions on normal life should call 211 to be connected to services, such as wellness checks.
