As of Friday evening it was unclear whether the person who tested positive was a player, coach or a staff member.

Both the Giants and the Padres had already lined up for a moment of silence for the victims of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, before the national anthem. But afterward officials abruptly announced the game had been postponed.
