PG&E's live outage map showed a sizable issue in the Albany area Tuesday.
The utility estimated about 3,121 customers without power as of 3:30 p.m. The outages started at about 11:30 a.m., with crews targeting restoration for 4:30 p.m.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
