Online retail giant Amazon is looking to hire tens of thousands of jobs all across the country.

Amazon’s Career Day will look to fill 33,000 jobs on September 16 with 1,000 Amazon recruiters holding 20,000 free career coaching sessions in one day across the country virtually.

Those who fill corporate and tech roles will see an average pay of $150,000 a year with stock-based compensation and other benefits.

Hourly roles will also be available and will start at $15 an hour with up to 20 hours of parental leave.

The “virtual event will be aimed at supporting all job seekers, regardless of their level of experience, professional field, or background—or whether they are looking for a job at Amazon or another company,” the company said in statement.

Available jobs range from corporate to technology roles that support Alexa smart speakers, AWS, Operations Technology, Prime Video and leadership roles in its logistics network.

Amason says that 53 percent of people looking for a job are doing so as a result of COVID-19.
