Greensburg Man Indicted on Drug Charges Is Fugitive From Justice

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) -  Authorities are searching for a Westmoreland County man facing drug charges.

Zachary Miller, 27 of Greensburg, is one of five people indicted for conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a substance that contains methamphetamine from September of 2017 to August of 2020.

Others indicted by a federal grand jury include Samuel Miller, 25 of Greensburg, Jessica Palmer, 39 of Greensburg, Alan Masecar, 33 of Latrobe and Joshua Birrell of Cypress, California.

Zachary Miller is considered a fugitive from justice. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 412-432-4000.

The FBI led the investigation of the case with support from United States Postal Inspection Service, Drug Enforcement Administration, Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, Pennsylvania State Police, and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Bureau of Narcotics Investigations.
