PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania confirms that a new egg has been laid in a bald eagles nest in Hays.

The egg was laid at about 6:30 p.m. on Thursday evening.

Bald eagles usually lay eggs every two to three days when laying.

The same Hays eagles laid three eggs in 2019, two of which hatched and left the nest.

Watch a livestream of the nest and find the egg for yourself when the incubating bird stands to adjust.
