Help is arriving from the Pittsburgh area in storm-battered Louisiana and Texas.
The Red Cross has sent 25 volunteers from acorss Pennsylvania to help in wake of the Hurricane Laura. More are expected to go.
They're helping with logistics, reunification, heath services, shelter and food.
Liam Carstens with Pittsburgh's Brothers Brother Foundation told KDKA Radio they've also sent COVID PPE - 50,000 facemasks and 26,500 pairs of exam gloves. They've also sent 2,700 hard hats to protect rescue workers.
