West Virginia Man Caught with Loaded Handgun at Pittsburgh International Airport

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Another handgun was detected by Transportation Security Administration officers on Tuesday.

A West Virginia man had a loaded 9mm handgun in his backpack. It was found during an x-ray of the bag at a security checkpoint.

The resident of Buckhannon was cited on weapons charges and the gun was confiscated.

This makes the third gun caught by the TSA at Pittsburgh International in the last week.
