BRIDGEVILLE, Pa (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - After receiving reports Wednesday of a man performing a sex act on himself, police in Bridgeville caught the man Thursday morning once again masturbating while students waited for a Chartiers Valley school bus.
Police say the man arrested is a 55-year-old male from Brookline.
The incident happened close to the intersection of Washington Avenue and Prestley Road.
Bridgeville Police Chief Chad King said in a Facebook post it’s important people are aware of their surroundings.
“I understand some folks may find this post offensive, however this is reality. On a personal note, this is the third time in my 22 year law enforcement career I have arrested somebody for doing this in public. On two of those occasions the offenders were watching students get on a school bus.”
He urges anyone who sees suspicious activity or behavior to notify police.
