PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - With more states legalizing recreational and medicinal cannabis, law enforcement is struggling to identify impaired drivers on the road.
University of Pittsburgh researchers may have found the solution, creating a Breathalyzer that detects alcohol and the psychoactive compound in marijuana.
