PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The South Butler School District is in a "precautionary lockdown" after a student was arrested this morning.
The district's website says Penn Township Police reported a serious threat to student safety and a student is in custody.
It says the lockdown is a precautionary measure. No visitors can enter school buildings and South Butler schools will operate with tightened security for the foreseeable future.
