PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - U.S. Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette will focus on natural gas production and energy research during a visit to Pittsburgh on Monday. Brouillette will tour the Shell petrochemical plant under construction in Beaver County.
“It’s just so key to the production of polymers and plastics that are going to go in to so many of the things that we use as Americans each and every day,” Sec. Brouillette said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Monday.
On Tuesday, he will meet at Carnegie Mellon University to look at the role of artificial intelligence in energy production and research.
