A Virginia trucker is accused of driving away after his tractor-trailer struck and killed a man working on a disabled vehicle on I-70.
State police say Hosea Holcomb drove 11 miles after hitting John Isenberg Monday morning in Washington County.
The Tribune-Review reports he was stopped and arrested in Westmoreland County.
Holcomb is charged with homicide by vehicle and other crimes with has a preliminary hearing next week.
